(2) For shaft and slender rod workpieces, attention should be paid to the placement of the workpiece to prevent deformation.

(3) When fully annealing and charging, generally small and medium-sized carbon steel and low alloy steel workpieces can be directly loaded into the furnace that has been heated to the annealing temperature without controlling the heating speed; It can also be loaded into the furnace at low temperature and heated up with the furnace. For medium to high alloy or complex shaped large parts, low-temperature furnace charging, segmented heating, and controlled heating rate not exceeding 100 ℃/h.

(4) The stress relief annealing of large workpieces should be carried out at low temperatures and slowly heated up to prevent thermal stress caused by excessive heating.

(5) When normalizing air cooling, try to place it on a flat ground as much as possible; Regardless of the type of workpiece, it should be placed in a dry place for air cooling, without stacking or overlapping, and should not be placed in damp or watery areas to ensure uniform cooling speed and hardness.

(6) Workpieces with different materials but the same heating temperature can be heated in the same furnace.

(7) When heating workpieces with different cross-sectional sizes in the same furnace, small pieces should be placed outside the furnace.

(8) In general, the water temperature does not exceed 40 ℃ and the oil temperature does not exceed 80 ℃.
